    Hello,

    I had bought a lot of premium plugins for the last 10 years but, I never got such a terrible support as I got from this plugin. I had open a priority support ticket for over a day and I had no reply. Can you please explain to me how long it takes for your support to attend their paying customers? Because any premium support service does not take more than a few hours. This support is by far the worst I had ever receive. Terrible, it seems that there is nobody behind creativeminds website.

    We have answered your ticket in our system within 24 hours. Posting a message like this on the free plugin forum is not a way to gain support and is not according to WP regulations

    I don’t understand what you are saying about WP regulations and way to gain support. The real problems here are that your plugin is not tested correctly and the lack of support.

    Our plugin is fully tested and has a large user base which are very happy with it. You purchased the pro version and wanted your money back so we refund it.

    If that was true then I would be using the plugin instead of asking for a refund.
