Hi @naomibuch,
Thank you for the review. wpForo support is one of the best support for sure. You can read all reviews and see that. We’ll solve you issue as well, just follow the instruction and be in touch.
Your case is a specific case, and you have been already informed that you have lots of JavaScript errors in your website. That errors kill all other plugins’ front-end functions. Here is your support topic: https://wpforo.com/community/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/wheel-keeps-spinning-and-wont-let-me-reply-after-update/paged/2/#post-57687
Good news!
We found the problem maker! Please do the following steps to fix all your website issues:
Solution:
All problems come from “Breeze CACHE” plugin you’re currently using. This cache plugin has minified the HTML/CSS/JS and crashed almost all plugins JS functions. So wpForo doesn’t have any chance to work after all it has done. Please navigate to Breeze Settings admin page, go to Advanced Options Tab, and put the forum page URL with “*” in the “Never Cache these URLs” tetarea:
community/*
Then delete all caches, navigate to forum front-end and press Ctrl+F5 to reset the browser cache.
Please let us know the result. Also, press Ctrl+U on forum front-end and make sure the page is not cached, and this line doesn’t exist for the forum page:
As additional information, please read this FAQ topic to see why wpForo doesn’t need cache plugins: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/
