Support is slow and knowledge medium

I use Tablepress and I must say that it works much easier and the support is absolutely fantastic and very rapid as well as accurate. I wanted to use Ninja Tables in combination with fluentforms, which is absolutely great, and would make my live easier as now I have to transfer my data from the fluentform data to TablePress. However am on it for several weeks (even months) now and progressing slowly. We finally have the integration working. But now the presentation needs to be easy, and that’s another hurdle it seems for which I still don’t have the solution. From one problem to another and I start giving up soon and go back to TablePress, which for now is still from where I present on my website, as Ninja Tables cannot do what TablePress can (contrary to what they pretend on the website as a sales tool)
