Update, I have been contacted and given a solution so its only fair to update my review. Everything works as it should now and I am thankful for it, but still being contacted after 3 days, it is something that you need to work on guys.

(I bought the custom registration form addon. The addon is not working or can’t be enabled for some reason, I downloaded and installed the extra addon plugin but It is seems it is so tricky just to enable the license! The instructions are poor and the customer support is non existent.
It has been already two days and no-one bothered to reply just to direct me on how to enable the license (which should have been a straight-forward thing).
Very poor experience.)
