Support is non-existant

  • What’s happening with User ultra Pro’s support team? Has the plugin been abandoned? I have an urgent trouble tickets still unassigned after a week!

    Hi,

    First, we would like to apologize for any issues or delay you have experienced with the support or Plugin.

    It’s true that the plugin has experienced some delays on the support and the updates were not as fast as they used to be.

    A new company has adquired the plugin and the new version is up, please feel free to try it out. We have rebuilt the plugin from the ground offering a powerful plugin for free.

    The support has been improved as well.
