• I have the paid version. 90% of my gift cards ended up deleted and have had to manually recreated or imported. I have been going back and forth with support for over a month now. Questions and queries to support take 2 to 4 days to get a response and are ALWAYS, ALWAYS incomplete requiring me to re-ask the same questions they didn’t bother to answer before. Request for suggestion or solutions have gone unanswered. To say the least this is not a good plugin and support has still as of this review NOT given any explanation as to what could have caused the gift cards to be deleted. Additionally when importing the cards you have no option to choose what style (occasion) the gift cards are to be or when to send the cards so reentering each one manually is the only real option. And support has been less than helpful through it all.
