Support and communication is slow but they do fix it.

Support Tickets are a big waste of time, they should have a number for support because theres problems affecting sales on the website they haven’t helped at all. Faster support would be better but they take a day or more to respond with a ” Can you be more specific” and I have explained and screenshot the screen so I can let them see, they still have not responded to that, and its day two now. I spent the money because they look legit, but it feels like there not on top of it.

It took a while but they fixed it.
