Support is Awful and Plugin Dees Not Work

I’ve been waiting 4 days for a response. The plugin has been broken for 10 days which has significantly impacted my business. I can’t say anything good about this plugin. My case number is 697274. The ticket is marked as normal priority but no one has been able to get to the booking system. How is this not high priority for you? I need this fixed ASAP, or I will be requesting a refund.
