Support is a no go

  • Theme is good and easy to customize. But support lacks greatly. Most inquiries are not answered on ProDesign’s website. There is no support on www.remarpro.com.

    If you feel you’re above beginner level dealing with code and php, go ahead and download it. If not, turn away and look elsewhere.

    We always try our best to work on theme upgrades as well as theme support, but a few times we may not be able to respond as quickly as we would like to. We are committed to our users’ convenience and we believe there’s always a room for improvement when it comes to providing service, so we appreciate the time you took for the feedback.
