- Link to screenshots using a screen sharing service like Dropbox, Cloudup, or Jing/Screencast.
- Link to or paste in your system report text file from Calendars > Tools from your site’s dashboard.
- Paste in the shortcode and event builder codes you’re using.
- Create and link a test page with the issue so we can take a look.
- Check for theme, plugin and widget conflicts.
- Review the system requirements.
