Support in Genral

I installed WP because I read it was great website builder and had heaps of plugins with excellent support and I’m not one for not wanting to pay for plugins if and when I know there going work for/with my needs BUT it seems that plug-ins seem to think that just because they offer it for FREE with an upgrade to paid versions which has more features (which is great) that the free version doesn’t need to work properly and when you like this plug-in and try to get support for it to work, the support is ZERO or it’s weeks to get a reply and then they you we can’t help you (we don’t think our plugin is for you) and send on your merry way.
BUT the most amusing thing about all this is that while your using their free version they keep pestering you with countless ads and what nots to upgrade to their pro version when the free one doesn’t even work.
Come on you plug-in developers, You want to make money then supply what you offer with your plug-in and that PROPER SUPPORT or don’t waste other people’s time developing them at all you don’t expect to follow through you development professionally.
You have any idea what users go through, the time spent finding a plug-in and then one that actually works? COUNTLESS DAYS, WEEKS and HOURS.
WP because of you looks like it’s a big joke with no professionally supported plug-ins. YOU guys are who is making WP look bad.
I’m sure there are good working plug-in in there somewhere but I’ve to see one that actually does exactly what it says it does without issues or problems.
