• I’ve tried reaching out to Shiprocket Support multiple times but it seems that nobody is bothered to forward this internally to their development team. So, I’m trying to get support for this here even though nobody from their team has bothered to respond to the previously submitted support topics.

    WooCommerce has enabled HPOS for new installations. A lot of old websites are slowly migrating to HPOS to gain performance for their online stores. Shiprocket’s plugin is a blocker for such stores.

    They’ve has neither bothered to post information about its plan to support HPOS nor their support team bothers to understand how important it is for stores with a lot of orders.

    Even if Shiprocket enables support for HPOS in the plugin, the order notes updates are performed over deprecated Legacy REST API, which does not support HPOS. Those needs to be updated from Shiprocket’s backend.

    I have no idea if they’re even bothered about the stores not being able to use HPOS just because of their carelessly developed plugin.
