Support helped with saving templates

We have recently migrated from Shopify to WP with Woocommerce and were having difficulty editing the email templates. We wanted our emails to not display the customer payment instructions but it kept returning an error when saving the template with the upper left save button. But Mia helped by explaining that we needed to click the save button from within general first. It sounds so simply but we just didn’t see it so it was simply user error. Having this app helps with editing the email templates tremendously and I would recommend it to everyone!
