I have used Woo for many years on many sites. I now no longer have access to live chats (which used to fix 100% of the problems quickly) and can’t even type in explanations for problems when submitting a ticket. So I wait and wait for an email response which is generic because I couldn’t add details to the ticket, so I don’t even get to fully describe the problem until after the first response. I can’t imagine why Automattic doesn’t understand that people don’t rate a program when things are working well. They rate it when you need help – and you either get it or you don’t. I have a lot of clients who are going to need better support than this when they have a problem.
