Support has not yet managed to solve the error in the setup

In the last 2 weeks, support has not yet managed to solve the error in the setup and the link to our domain, even though we have been using WP Rocket for a year.
Therefore, we have not been able to use RocketCDN yet. Although we like the concept, I can unfortunately only award one star here.
If we do manage to get the system up and running, I would be happy to make the rating more positive and award more stars.
