Support Has Not Been Good

  • I had issues with the plugin not stopping spam signups. I reached out to support, yet many weeks later nothing has been done.

    Now, I find that my site has been hacked by a Russian IP address, and, despite the issue not being resolved already for many weeks, I receive a message that nothing will be done until at least October 21!

    By then, I may not have an website left.

    Very disappointing service.

    I’m sorry that you are going through this situation.

    At the time of your initial request the website in question was using non-standard forms and these forms require integration process for the protection to work properly.

    It takes time. We are doing our best to solve the issue.
