Support has ghosted me

  • Mark was able to help me with some of the externalities (RSS feeds are all externalities) that were biting my import attempts, and there was an internal detail that I think is easily resolvable with clearer documentation. Thanks Mark, appreciate the help.

    I discussed the situation with the team and confirmed that we have had a busier period than usual in the past week, which resulted in some delayed replies. We’re working our way through it and discussing ways to improve things going forward.
