Support FTW

Sure the software is great. It does what it’s supposed to. But then I got bogged down in the complexity of it and had trouble finding what I needed in the docs. (Could have been entirely my fault, but let’s not dwell on that, LOL.)
When I sent a message for help through their site, within a few hours I got the best tech support answer ever. Why so? They gave me clear, detailed instructions that actually dealt with the problem I described. Not only did they understand what I needed without playing 20 questions, but the directions made sense. There was no hunting for nonexistent or greyed-out settings and they were where they said they were. They gave me screenshots and all.
I wish all tech support was like this.
