Support for WP3.9.1

I haven’t had a chance to test it fully, but it’s running successfully and without any problems on multiple sites I own, all of which are at the latest version. Nothing changed in the back end that would affect the way it works.

Theme choices do not matter to TIEtools – it runs off the database and works for any theme at all (though the options screen might get a bit messy!).
