Support for WordPress 3.4.2?

I have installed and used the shortcodes for the players and Audio works perfect! Video is giving me trouble. I have mp4 and wmv formats but both play audio with no Image.

Is it my video encoding or is it because I’m using 3.4.2?
Ay advice or work-arounds would save my hide!
