support for wildcards?

I’d like to be able to whitelist a range of IP addresses, and blacklist the whole rest of the range of IP addressess… such that the whitelist takes precedence over the blacklist, of course. (As in: block everything, except those things found on the whitelist.) Can this be done with the current version?
