    Hello,

    yes we are.
    we been on a bit of an absence for a while due to changing personal circumstances to multiple of our staff members (including me).

    however normal development has been resumed 2 weeks ago, and a new release with all current osticket versions supported and some additional features which should be released soon ??

    Hello,

    we didn’t yet start on 1.9.11 (we are just catching up with all the other versions and outstanding issues).

    however i assume it will be supported within the next 14 days.

    We had a bit of a delay but either later today or tomorrow the update should be released that supports 1.9.11

    it’s currently going through the last testing phases with several osticket versions.

    Hello,

    It’s a bit late but it’s finally there.
    We will work on the 1.9.12 + better implementation of help topics next.

    but for now give the 1.3.0 a chance ??
    tables been redesigned, help topics (basic) implemented, google re-captcha instead of the build in one, time issue fixed and more.
