Support for user levels???

  • Hi, I installed this plugin and works well except that every user level is allowed access the plugin url and send e-mails to other userr without the admin known about it.
    For example, any user with user level 0 can type the plugin url and access the plugin admin page and start spamming every other user on the blog.
    How can I restrict the use of this plugin just to admins and editors?
