• I am using WooCommerce, but some files are outdated and need to be updated. I accessed the hosting management panel to edit and update the files according to the latest WooCommerce version documentation, but the issue persists (I already cleared the cache). When I checked in the WordPress admin panel, I noticed that it is not syncing from the hosting side, and WordPress is still using the outdated version. When I tried editing directly in WordPress, the website encountered errors. Please help me!

    Hi @dovanluyen123,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with outdated files.

When dealing with outdated files in WooCommerce, it’s important to ensure that your theme is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.

Looking at the second screenshot, I see that you’re using the Flatsome theme in your store, and you’re having notices on outdated templates. In this case, I’d recommend reaching out directly to your theme support team for further assistance.

Before making any changes, please ensure you have a complete backup of your site.

    I hope this helps.
