Support for theme

  • I discovered the site at https://ridizain.com/support/ but notice after some initial activity the theme author never replies to questions there anymore, for instance there are some open questions from users that were never resolved when responses were promised, and the last reply from the author to anything was 3 weeks ago.

    I’m not complaining as I know this is a free theme – and it’s great – but as you still respond on this forum, is that site dead and we should only post questions about Ridizain on here?

    No, the site is not dead.

    Due to ill health and hectic work schedules plus other projects meant that I can not dedicate as much time as I would like to – however, things are easing off now so that situation should gradually change for the better in the coming days ??
