    I have a license for the pro version.
    I have tried to get support from your support system, but I get this message: (my customer email address is removed below but you must know me by now…

    Please review the following error(s)…

    This request type requires a customer account. The email address you provided < ……. > is not associated with a customer account at this time. In other words, this email address is not on file as having paid for the pro version of Comment Mail yet. If you have another email address, please try again.     I have contacted you on comment_mail only to get a respond from you to use the support system, which will not give me access.

    I have reported this problem 3-5 times by now, still no Access. I desperately need support. I need to be able to turn off the comment subscription form for specific custom post types, because it is shown everywhere there is a comment, and it really should not be.

    You can’t configure this in the plugin, not even in the pro version.

    @henrikbonestdk The latest version of Comment Mail Pro allows you to define which post types Comment Mail should be enabled for (by default it’s only enabled for Standard Post Types now).
