Apologies for my previous reply. I was confused about the North and South America.

Kindly be informed that the plugin is not yet available in Colombia or South America. However, there is already a feature request to add Columbia to the list of countries here: https://woocommerce.com/feature-request/please-add-woocommerce-payments-to-colombia/#
