I’m just upgrading my site to Unlimited Pro. I’m having two problems.

    1) You explicitly support “full blog post” OR “number of words” auto-excerpts. Apparently you do NOT support explicit “More” insertions made via the WP editor.

This is a problem. I want to use the standard WP behavior of honoring “Read More” breaks in multi-post displays, with “Read More” breaks where I insert them. In other words, turn your treatment off altogether and let the default WP behavior through.

    2) There are areas where text is arbitrarily centered, in particular:

    A) Widgets. (How can I change your default within the widget?)

    B) Posts that result from a “search”. (I don’t believe there’s anything I can do to fix that.)

    3) Lest you think these two problems are not related, it seems that the ONLY place you honor the inserted WP “Read More” break is when you return posts as a result of “search” (right after you center them inexplicably).

Examples for (2B) and (3): URL https://www.hollowlands.com. Search for “regent”.

upgrading my site to Unlimited Pro.

In that case, you should be able to get support directly from the developers here:

These forums are only for free version support.

Just to close the loop, Unlimited Pro support was extremely prompt and responsive, and very friendly. We sorted out which issues were user error and which required a bit of a nudge. I’m very happy with the result, and pleased that I bought their support package, which is very reasonably priced.
