    Since Nitesh is active here answering free users before PRO users maybe he dont get the support tickets?

    I don’t know if that’s valid or not but “pro” users cannot be supported in these forums.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
