• I am trying to get support for the pro plugin, I paid $199 USD for the plugin and not getting the support responses. IT’s been over a week and 4 follow-ups with no responce. I have another issue that I have narrowed down to your plugin as well and need support on that. Please respond to emails. Thanks so much.

    I’m looking into your issue. As I said it is not something we usually do via our support as it is a compatibility issue. I know this is a complex issue and high priority for you, but usually, this would be considered custom code (either solved by gravity forms or you could hire a developer to work on this for you).

    Either way, we are glad to check it for you.

    We just kindly ask you for some patience and not using the free forums to talk about Pro issues as this is against the forum rules.

    I’m flagging the mods here just so they will be aware of this topic and they can define the best course of action.

    @rochesterj the best course of action would be for you to update people via your appropriate support channels. I dont want to post here, but this is the only place you actually respond to.

    Its been a week since your last email, I have requested follow ups 3 times. While I understand it may be complex, I am also not sure you have done anythign to resolve the issue, at least nothing you have communicated with me.

    The support for PRO is shockingly bad. Come on guys, you need to sort it out.

    I’ve been waiting 6 weeks or more for my tickets to receive any kind of meaningful attention – all I get is a ‘oh we haven’t forgot this we’ll get on to it’ every couple of weeks.

    It’s not good enough – in fact, don’t be surprised to find a request for a refund of the ‘support’ renewal from me!
