Support for premium is non-existent

This isn’t a plugin, it’s a cash grab. If you pay for premium support expect to be ignored. I paid for premium and the premium app still has ads on it. Beyond that, there is an issue where even if you put the app icon, it displays the login page as the icon instead. If you submit your splash screen to the dimensions recommended, it still comes out disproportionately elongated. I submitted a ticket some weeks ago. They asked for login information and 1) never used it 2) never got back to me. When I tried to submit another ticket due to the fact that they ignored the original, they merged tickets for the simplicity of streamlined ignoring. These folks are not serious at all. If you are considering this app, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! Otherwise you are literally throwing your money into the toilet. In all, this has been a horrible lesson in “you get what you pay for.”
