Support for Premium is Fabulous! and so is the theme

I installed this theme and decided to take advantage of the $20. Premium upgrade to get support. I am an HTML kid and WP code is daunting for me. Peter is the most amazing, dedicated and helpful designer I have met yet! Responsive to your requests, knowledgable and never made me feel bad that I didn’t have a handle on this stuff. Theme is great, he is great and I highly recommend him.
I also purchased Beaver Builder- which has been said is the best WP page builder out there. I agree to a certain extent on that statement. It is very user friendly and makes sense but the theme you use it with may limit what it can do, hence why I love Peter as he helped me change the CSS so the page builder could do what I wanted. I had contacted Beaver Builder on Facebook and put in a ticket, they did finally get a hold of me after 36 hours but by then I had fixed it myself and finalized with Peter’s help. Support is very important to me and I am usually available to my clients even after hours most times. I am checking my email from my bed before I decide to shut down for the night. That means I judge other companies support responses pretty harshly, as I am one person and I respond faster than companies that have hired people, just saying. So again, support this guy he is AWESOME!!!!!!!
