Support for Premium

  • I’ve been trying to get a hold of support to try and get help with no success. I have the premium version of tree press but can’t seem to get it to work correctly. I have 7 family members but the tree only shows one member. I looked through the docs several times but can’t seem to figure out how to fix it. I have them all in one family group.

    No, I refunded the plugin after a few weeks of no response. I did receive a response about two weeks after I received the refund. By that time I told them I longer needed support>
