    Note: I don’t want to disable caching the whole page. If there are no solutions, I would prefer to disable caching for logged in users.

    you can get in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    Hi,

    when you say

    the users are not able to see the submit review form

    please check , is there any error message shows up in browser dev tool console ?

    No errors in browser console. I feel like the user specific cache is not working.

    After hours of playing with different settings found the culprit. Disabling ESI cache fixed the issue. Please look into it if that’s intended.
