Support for Milkdrop Visualizations?

I have been able to get visualizations working on a stant-alone instance of webamp using some code from here:
https://github.com/captbaritone/webamp/tree/master/examples/minimalMilkdrop

However, I much prefer using this plugin version. Do you know what files I need to modify in order to make this work with the plugin?
