Support for metadata and alt tags

Would it be possible to support SEO metadata titles and descriptions? It probably would just mean extracting the tags from the page.

Also could it pull the alt tags from the featured image too?

Additionally, it would be great to have support for the Excerpt scraping too as a separate selector.
