Support for Merged Cells?

    Hello and thank you for the prompt replies.
    I have a number of tables that require the use of merged cells in the first column. Does this plugin support merged cells?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Yes, you can combine cells via the “colspan” and “rowspan” buttons below the table input fields (also see the “?” button next to them for an explanation).

    However, note that it will not be possible to use any of the JavaScript features of the DataTables JS library (like sorting, filtering, etc.) in a table that has merged/combined cells, as that library does not support that.
