Add support for DONOTCACHEPAGE constant (for Divi theme)

  • The Divi theme has added optimization features (see link) in which it does several calculations on first page load after a change. Based on these calculations, it optimizes the pages html on subsequent page loads.

    It uses the DONOTCACHEPAGE constant on the first (non optimized) page load, to prevent it from being cached by caching plugins.

    It looks like WP Fastest Cache is one of the few caching plugins that does not support this constant. It is supported by Comet Cache, Hummingbird, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, Cache Enabler, WP Optimize, WP Rocket.

    Can you please consider also adding support for the DONOTCACHEPAGE constant?
