Support for Diaspora pods

I installed this plugin because it has Diaspora in it, but unfortunatly only if you are on the joindiaspora.com pod. As you probably know there are a lot more pods. I am on the diasp.org pod and with the current version of the plugin I cannot add a button linking to my profile on there. Would be nice to add support for different pods, for instance in stead of just filling the Diaspora username, filling in the handle, like [email protected] or the full link to the profile, like https://diasp.org/u/dimi
