    Hey everyone, we got started on this today and did some research to see if anyone else had resolved it yet and someone has, yay! It’s called Postie. Worked flawlessly for us.

    Yup! And were coordinating with him to extend it so recieved notifications of replies to the Post and then can reply via email like you can with typical support software like ZenDesk.

    Just to confirm… (I want to make sure I understand properly) you guys are still developing Post by Email, correct?

    At this point it seems Posti does what Post by Email would do. So as far as TPC’s involvement in further developing Post by Email I don’t see any reason to continue. But Kat is the author so she may still intend to.
