Support for custom post types

Hi guys,

I’ve made a commit which adds support for custom post types:

Would you be willing to consider merging it in (in some way or form)? I need to be able to enable/disable share buttons on custom post pages.

Obviously a hard-coded PHP list is not ideal, but this gives you an idea of an example implementation.
