Support for custom fields in Custom Tables

    This plugin does not seem to support custom fields when stored in custom tables for greater performance (e.g. MetaBox Custom Table, ACF Custom DB Tables, Pods, etc.). Is this something that would be considered?

    I see Bulky supports metafields, yes, but as far I can grasp from skimming your docs, all those fields are stored and retrieved from the postmeta table, as most plugins do. The metafields stored in custom tables requires of additional support for storage and retrieval, as those tables are defined by the user and not the plugin. Please read for example here for how metabox.io approach this.
