Support for CDNs other than MAX CDN?

    I’m trying to configure an Amazon based S3/CloudFront CDN for my WordPress blog — and based on every single tutorial I’ve seen so far, I should be able to use W3TC to do this. However, when I navigate to the CDN tab, I only see support for MAX CDN.

    Am I doing something wrong, or missing something blatantly obvious??
