Support for BitChute.com videos

    I’m not sure if this is the right place to request additional features or not, but here goes: I would like the Add Video link in BuddyPress Activity Plus to allow for videos from https://www.bitchute.com as it does from other video sharing sites.

    WordPress uses the oEmbed standards for embedding things like videos. This basically allows WordPress to look at a URL with a video, and get embed code from that site automatically.

    In this case, bitchute does not seem to have the proper tags to enable oEmbed. So, that’s something they would need to implement before their content would become embeddable. That’s mostly automatic, actually, all they need to is to implement the proper oEmbed endpoints and it tends to work pretty magically.
