Support for avatar

I find your plugin very interesting and helpful but I would like to suggest one awesome feature. Your plugin together with Simple Local Avatars users can upload profile picture. The only problem is, in the file profile-form.php the <form> element doesn’t have enctype="multipart/form-data" attribute. I hope in the next update you can add this attribute to support avatar upload.
