Support failed – PRO license not functional

    I used free liecense and it was OK, but after buying a pro I was disapointed, because support stop replying after I started to ask why PRO options they offer doesn’t work – for an example ‘multiple operators for chat”.

    This review is written by mistake to our plugin. We don’t have a “PRO” plan, we have only “Free” and “Premium” plans. Also, multiple operators are available on both Free and Premium plans of onWebChat. Marcin never used our live chat service. He had used another live chat plugin and by mistake, he wrote this review to our plugin (normal review: see here). We please WordPress admins to remove this review and rating.

    Yes! I’m sorry I did a mistake. I reviewed this plugin instead of another one. My review above is wrong and I kindly ask moderators to remove it, because it may cause bad opinions about onWebChat.
