I am installing a ticketing system for customer support on my site. Has anyone had any experience with either of these plugins? WATS seems to be the cheaper solution. It does have similar functionality though Support Dynamo UI is much nicer looking.

Basically comes down to WATS is $64 and Dynamo is $199

    Any suggestions?

  • I have just paid the $199 and have been waiting 2 days (going on 3)for their support department to respond to what appears to be some simple configurations problems. For the most part the product works… and it has an excellent feature set.

Currently I can create Tickets and edit them. Strangely I can’t view them? This has to be a setting somewhere but without support this is a big problem for me.

Also the file attachment is not currently working. Yes all my directorys are read/Write enabled.

I’m going to give it a few more days before pulling the plug and going with WATS. I really need the file attachment functionallity and in general like how the product works…

I’ll post a followup if these guys ever respond.

Thought I owed these guys a follow-up. They were a little slow to respond to my initial support tickets. I bought the product on Sunday and got my first questions answered that Tuesday.

With that negative out of the way … These guys really know what they are doing. I had at least 6 questions regarding configuration and setup.. All were answered correctly with the first email from their support department.

The product is working and well worth the money…
