Support doesn’t want to fix a bug if it doesn’t affect a simple WC install

Either if you are loyal customer since years using their (paying) services, if you report bugs that affect your shop but that are only revealed when you use third party plugins and not on a simple “fresh” woocommerce standard installation they ask you to pay “extra dev work” to fix their bugs !!!
So no way I’ll pay them to fix their bug, I will fix them by my self or find workaround but I don’t consider this a good way to manage customer service.
