Support Could be Better

  • Overall the app is decent. Intermediate knowledge of creating a sports site a must. There are kinks in the software that need to be addressed:
    1. Games Behind doesn’t updated. It will list as 0
    2. Ties are not shown
    3. Standings are not accurate as sometimes a team with a better record may show up lower in standings.
    4. Tech support is available only some of the time unless you upgrade to premium.
    5. Instructional videos are very basic.

    Please use the support forums for support issues. We’d love to help you fix them, as SportsPress works fine for other users.

    Let me go over each of your points:
    1) I did send you a suggestion on your topic about GB. Please check it out and update the topic to see if it works for you.

    2) I’m not sure if I get this one. Please open a support topic, and we’d be glad to help you

    3) Same for this one. Standings always should work fine. But if you experience any issues, let us know in a support topic, and we can help you.

    4) I’m not sure if I get this one. All your topics were replied to. Granted, with Pro support we have more access to your site (and we can debug things further), but honestly, you are getting a free product with tons of code that costs tens of thousands to build. AND it has free support. There will be some waiting times and some limitations to what we can do.

    5) They work fine for most users, but if you are facing any issues or if you have any suggestions, just let us know.
