Yes, that is certainly possible with your theme settings or custom CSS. What theme are you using? The theme developer may have put some options for this in the theme, or they may provide the CSS for this change.

The difference in checkout layout, can you give more details on what you’d like to change there?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

You can use a code snippet like this one below to add text to the bottom of the shop page in WooCommerce. Code snippets can be added to a child themes functions.php file.
